((Demo AU Blog! Go Look!))
((Mod here. Life’s still being stupid (almost a year later too!), so hiatus isn’t done yet. I’ll save a brief update for a later post.
But I was in the raocow tag the other day, and came across this other Demo AU blog.
It’s an alternate universe where Demo and her siblings are living a normal life in a suburbian area on the planet of Demonia, where the species of space demons live.
While they aren’t purely an ask blog like this, where questions are directly answered, they sort of based in on Homestuck where the story is driven by user suggestion and asks. (Homestuck’s driven by that? *hasn’t read Homestuck*)
They only started a short while ago, but I’m hoping that some of my followers will be interested in going over and sending them some asks and suggestions. The blog has started out nicely with lovely art and is quite interesting, and has a nice twist on the whole ask blog concept.

((I finally finished the character personality page!
It currently has a description of everyone’s respective appearance and personality. In the future, I will be adding their picture, but for now a simple description of their appearance is there instead.
I am still working on Kood’s page, as I need to re-watch the Drama Mistery series for any extra info I can find, and am slowly working on that (he has such little characterization, seriously). For now, his page is not linked.
I made this with the intent of having a spoiler-free reference for people to read. I did put the sources on a different page that link to where I got the information, and put a few warnings for spoilers. If you go to the links and spoil yourself, it’s all on you.

Happy belated Halloween to everyone! Hopefully you either got lots of candy or just enjoyed your times with friends, or whatever you did.
I would’ve drawn something, but I was busy this week with job interview stuff and a doctor’s visit that I didn’t even think of it. Hence the late update as well (working on it right now!).
Maybe if I’m feeling better around Christmas, I’ll have the energy to draw something Christmas related.

((That really didn’t even make sense.
After taking a week or so to have my eyes adjust to my glasses, I can finally wear them normally without having to give my eyes a break. My equilibrium was thrown off, and made me motion sick because of the kind of lenses I need. It was really weird until I got used to them.
As I promised, I’m re-opening the ask box. I finished the answer I was working on during the headaches, and have queued for Tuesday.
Regarding the character page, I haven’t forgotten about it. I know I still need to do it, and I’m not going back on it. I keep forgetting to work on it, but I will eventually get it done. *quietly rages over memory*

I was fairly certain it was my eyes, but the tiny paranoid part of me that was worried it was something else, was really relieved.
I’ll try to enjoy as much of it as I can. Hooray for zoomed in text and partial headaches and generally avoiding stuff that strains the eyes~
((Good News Everyone!))
((I went and saw the optometrist today. As I suspected, my eyes are going slightly. She said that if I didn’t want to, I didn’t need to get glasses, but with my headaches and eyestrain, I really need them, even if they are just a weak prescription.
Got everything ordered up. I asked her if she could possibly get them in a bit sooner, and she said they might make it in as early as Wednesday, but it can take up to a week and a half to come in.
So whenever they come in, I can do stuff again! So now you know. I’ll post when they come in!

((This is the year where everything shits on everything.
Lately, when I went to draw asks up, I keep getting tension headaches with light, sound and movement sensitivity. At first it happened occasionally and I could fend them off with painkillers, but it’s gotten to the point now where I have a constant small headache, and if I try to draw (or focus too hard on) anything, I get a blistering tension headache that doesn’t want to go away with painkillers. I got through half of one ask and had to stop three separate times.
I’m going to go talk to an optometrist. I haven’t gotten my eyes checked in years, so it’s a good place to start. It’s possible my vision is deteriorating and I don’t even realize it.
If that’s not the case, then I will see a doctor and see what’s up.
Either way, I’m taking a temporary break until I get this sorted out. If it’s my eyes, I should be back pretty shortly. If not, I don’t know.
I’m really sorry about this, but it’s become borderline impossible to draw.
I’m also closing the ask box until I come back, so it doesn’t get bombarded with questions while I’m away. I WILL be opening it once I return, however.
I’ll post again whenever I know what’s going on.))
